Mission
The mission of Agaram Alumni Association is to bring all the Agaram alumni under one forum and establish strong bonds among the members to work for the benefit of Agaram Students, Society and Alumni.
Message from President
Agaram Foundation started with education related works in September 2006 by our beloved R.S Suriya Anna. With all the initial efforts in multiple directions, in 2010, with the support from a group of donors and volunteers, the VIDHAI (Tamil word that meaning “Seed”) program was started to support deserving students for their college education. Started with 160 students in 2010, today (till 2020), about 1950+ students graduated through Agaram Foundation’s support.
Presently Agaram Alumni are there in almost all different sectors – Medicine, IT, Education, Law, Police, NGO and Public Service, etc., and Agaram Alumni are working across the states of India & some of them are even working abroad. This is the strength of our network, and we are proud to be Alumnus of Agaram Foundation. We have learned a lot in this journey and transformed ourselves. Agaram Alumni are contributing to Agaram Foundation & Society in different forms. But why don’t we channelize this and capitalise on our strength? With this thought to channelise our contribution and extend support to one other in the alumni circle and to the present students of Agaram Foundation, this initiative is started and hence Agaram Alumni Association here.
